How does Kickstarter work?
Kickstarter allows you to pledge now and pay later! You will not be charged until the campaign ends and only if the funding goal is met. You can change or cancel your pledge at any time until the last day of the campaign. The initial goal is an “all or nothing” goal. If we do not make our initial goal, you will not be charged.
To pledge: click on the main item you wish to pledge for, even if it isn’t unlocked in the stretch goals section. Pledging now will help stretch goals unlock faster! Once you choose an initial pledge, you can use the new “add-ons” feature to add more items to your pledge. We made it possible to add every item individually so you can completely customize your order!

This campaign begins on Friday, October 13th, 2023, a very auspicious day for a witchy themed Kickstarter! The end date will be Monday, November 13th, 2023 at 11:59 PM PST.

How/when do I pay?
Kickstarter requires you to add a payment method of a credit or debit card when you pledge to a campaign. This is after you choose which items to pledge for/add to your order. You will not charged until Tuesday, November 14th, 2023. The time may vary depending on your state/country. If your payment does not go through, you have 7 days to fix it before you are dropped from the campaign and lose out on all of the freebie items!

What is Backerkit?
Backerkit is an additional service for crowdfunding platforms like Kickstarter. It gives creators an easier way to collect shipping addresses, print shipping labels, manage inventory, and raise additional funds. You will be able to add additional items to your order through Backerkit once this Kickstarter ends and we launch the Backerkit store. We will give a certain amount of time for you to update your address/order and pay for additional items and shipping. We will send a link to all backers when we have the Backerkit survey ready.

How do I pay for shipping?
Shipping will be collected in Backerkist after the campaign is over and is not included in your pledge.
Will be determined by the weight/cost of the package. A payment ink will be sent at a later date (a few weeks after campaign ends).
We ran into issues in the past with undercharging for international shipping due to pricing changes. We will not be collecting VAT or Taxes for international shipping and these may need to be paid for once your package is ready for pick up in your country. If your package is returned due to non-payment, shipping will need to be paid for again.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
